HOLPOSON? Swell-Up
Swell-Up 是屬于高分子復(fù)合纖維溶脹裂離技術(shù)范疇,既稱為PA6纖維的高密度化技術(shù),經(jīng)過處理后纖維內(nèi)部的空間體積得到很大程度的膨脹,此技術(shù)大幅提升了面料內(nèi)部空間體積及面料的特性能,如空間比表面積增大,溶脹裂離后化學(xué)吸附性能增強(qiáng),物理吸附性等方面均得到大幅改善。為某些特種行業(yè)提供原材料與技術(shù)方案。
復(fù)合絲密度化的原理:利用聚酯纖維和聚酰胺6纖維不同的條件下溶脹脹長差使兩個(gè)組分分離,達(dá)到產(chǎn)生超細(xì)的纖度。聚酰胺6在ph5.0~6.0之間溶脹大,而滌綸在酸性范圍內(nèi)不變,進(jìn)而利用同一條件下溶脹率而不同,溶脹裂離利用化學(xué)反應(yīng)使聚酰胺6產(chǎn)生較大的溶脹率同時(shí)發(fā)生纖維卷曲繼而達(dá)到滌綸、錦綸二者組分界面分離

使用方法
1.溢流機(jī)工藝為例
工作液升溫到70℃后加入Swell-Up 70-80g/L,102-105℃保溫30-50min.
2.稀釋方法
先取規(guī)定量Swell-Up 使用三倍的水,在60~70度時(shí)逐漸加入Swell-Up,后調(diào)整至所需,攪拌均勻,形成超細(xì)乳液,再加入缸內(nèi)。
3.溶脹纖維工藝
工藝處方 Swell-Up 70-80g/L
工藝條件 102-105℃*30~50分鐘
4.工藝流程
滌錦復(fù)合絲溶脹裂離全過程工藝流程:入布→去油→堿堿量→中和水洗→溶脹→異味去除處理→熱水洗→脫水→拉幅定型→光胚

注意事項(xiàng)
1.特別提示:本產(chǎn)品不能超過05度使用,否則會(huì)引起尼龍纖維強(qiáng)力急劇下降。
2.溶脹裂離在堿堿量后進(jìn)行,且織物中和為中性。
3.避免陽光直射,室內(nèi)通風(fēng)處

HOLPOSON? Swell-Up falls in the category of swelling and splitting technology of macromolecular composite fiber, which is also called densifying technology of PA6 fiber. After treatment, the internal space of the fiber is expanded to a large extent. This technology greatly improves the internal space of the fabric and the unique performance of the fabric. The increase of the specific surface area, the enhancement of the chemical adsorption performance after swelling and splitting, and the physical adsorption capability have all been greatly improved. For some special industries provides raw materials and technical solutions.
The working principle of ultra-high densification of composite fiber: Taking the advantage of the difference between the swelling lengths of polyester fiber and polyamide 6 fiber under different conditions to split the two components to produce ultra-thin size. The swelling rate of polyamide 6 is high in the range of pH 5.0-6.0, while the swelling rate of polyester remains unchanged in acidic conditions. With this advantage, the polyamide after chemical reaction swells extensively and crimps, thus separating itself from polyester.
